A whole new range of blends for the warmer months. Softer, lighter with tropical notes while taking a different approach. Fernet in our red bitter blend, bay leaf in our pineapple blend, muddled strawberry in an aromatic cocktaill; we wanted to find ways to bring light and delicate flavors to our typically textured and complex serves.
Utilizing some products we have been stoked on for years but hadn't found the right application for, this menu is fun, light and slightly unusual.
